Uzvera (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a remote IT management platform developed and operated in Pakistan. Our service is available at uzvera.com and app.uzvera.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our website and platform.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

2.2 Organization & Team Data

If you create or join an organization on Uzvera, we store your organization name, your role within that organization, and your membership status.

2.3 Device & Inventory Data

To provide remote management features, we store information about devices, servers, and websites you manually add or enroll into your workspace. This includes device names, hostnames, URLs, platform types, and enrollment keys.

2.4 Usage & Audit Logs

We record account actions (sign-ins, settings changes, inventory changes) for security and audit purposes. These logs are scoped to your organization and retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable period thereafter.

2.5 Technical Data

We automatically collect IP addresses, browser/device type, and session identifiers for security, rate limiting, and fraud prevention. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising networks.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Uzvera platform.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To send transactional emails (e.g., email verification, password reset, sign-in notices).
• To enforce our Terms of Service and detect abuse or fraud.
• To comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in secure data centers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Argon2id password hashing
• Encrypted TOTP secrets
• Opaque, hashed session tokens
• TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Tenant isolation — your data is never accessible to other organizations

No security system is perfect. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., fraud prevention, legal obligations).
