Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Uzvera platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Uzvera.

2. The Service

Uzvera is a remote IT management platform that allows organizations to manage devices, servers, and websites. Features include remote desktop access, server monitoring, website uptime checks, team management, and audit logs.

Certain features (including live remote access and monitoring) are still in development. We will communicate availability through the platform and our website.

3. Accounts & Organizations

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must promptly notify us at security@uzvera.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Each organization on Uzvera is isolated; you may not access another organization’s data.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any device, server, account, or system not belonging to you.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spyware, or any harmful code.

5. Device Enrollment & Agent

When you enroll a device using the Uzvera agent, you confirm that you have legal authorization to install software on and remotely access that device. You are solely responsible for ensuring proper consent from any device user before enabling remote access or monitoring.

6. Plans & Billing

Details of available plans, pricing, and payment terms are available on our Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Uzvera name, logo, platform, and all associated software remain the exclusive property of Uzvera. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein. You retain ownership of your own data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uzvera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we determine that continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
