Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Uzvera. This policy describes when refunds are available for paid subscriptions.

2. Free Plans

Free plans involve no payment, so no refunds apply.

3. Paid Subscriptions — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. To request a refund, contact us at billing@uzvera.com from the email address associated with your account.

The 14-day guarantee applies to your first payment on a new subscription. It does not apply to renewal payments.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We send a renewal reminder email before the renewal date. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

5. Cancellation

When you cancel a paid subscription:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged again after cancellation.
• Your data is retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Outside the 14-day window, refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances — for example, if a billing error occurred, or if a major feature included in your plan was unavailable for an extended period due to a service issue on our side.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@uzvera.com with:

• Your account email address
• The date of the charge
• A brief reason for the refund request

We aim to respond within 3 business days.
